Shipwright v0.8.0 is here!

Our latest release of Shipwright actually dropped earlier this month, but
(oops!) we forgot to email the announcement. This release has several new
features, including:
- Support for arrays in build parameters
- Detailed codes and messages for failed BuildRuns
- Build from local source code with the `shp` command line
