Tags are an abstraction on top of a Container Image, I can see a controller
watching events
generated by Tags (e.g. a new image has been pushed) then triggering builds
that depend
on such an image.
I can also see it the other way around: a controller watching for builds
and updating Tags
with the resulting images.
