Hello all,
One of the recent topics I have been involved in the TOC meetings is the Intellectual
Property regarding Projects. Some minor efforts happening at the moment(for example
https://github.com/cdfoundation/toc/pull/210) . I think we should revisit this topic, and
ensure we are compliant with the ongoing guidance from Andrea.
I will be updating this thread with my findings, but if you already have an opinion,
please share.

My first takes is that we don't have any registered trademarks for
Shipwright. I would hope that the Linux Foundation will take care of that
as they are now the owners of the name and logo.

Alright. I think trademarks is not that relevant for us, but I will ask around to
understand if we are subject to a specific trademark, e.g. could protect us from someone
attempting to use our logo for another service(edge case).
The next topic I would like to drive to completion(eventually) is on CLA and DCO. I
haven't yet make a conclusion on my side if we would like to have a CLA in place. Same
as for DCO, but if you are already opinionated on this topic, please share.
