Congratulations Otávio for earning this year's Shipwright Contributor of the Year Award [1]! Otávio has been a steadfast member of the Shipwright community over the past two years, contributing to the core Build project as well as bootstrapping the `shp` command line project. More recently, he led the effort to formalize the Shipwright/Tekton integration concept from last year's cdCon [2] into the Triggers subproject [3], with ambitions to add integrations with other tools in the CI/CD ecosystem.
