I have raised a PR on the community repo to propose that any community member can subscribe to Shipwright's feed of events from GitHub [1]. This is something that I had done previously to send GitHub webhook events to Fedora's messaging bus [2], and I want to extend to the community at large.
I cannot find any documentation that states there is a limit to the number of webhooks GitHub lets us configure in the organization. Thus I feel we as a project can reasonably set up webhooks for anyone who wants to subscribe to our GitHub events feed.
