Disclaimer: while I'm somewhat familiar with the upstream Tekton process, I am unaware of what has been done for Shipwright in the past.

I did try to look at the candidates for v0.3.0 but did not see a v0.3.0 milestone yet at https://github.com/shipwright-io/build/milestones, but I'm assuming

that will change when you start in earnest.
