The main Shipwright Build repository [1] currently has an overlapping list of Reviewers and Approvers in the OWNERS file. We have been using this list to manage the GitHub teams with "Write" (reviewers) and "Manage" (approvers) permissions on the repository. Notably, Reviewers and Approvers have the ability to re-run failed GitHub actions.
As we grow, I think we can use the "reviewers" list to recognize contributors who are taking an active role in the project and have sufficient expertise to review incoming pull requests. To that end, I would like to nominate Shahul (@shahulsonhal) to the Reviewers list for shipwright-io/build. We can discuss (and perhaps take a vote?) at the community meeting on Monday.
