Dear Shipwright Community:
I want to thank everyone who participated in Monday's community
retrospective. Unfortunately there was no recording of the meeting - I did
however take minutes of our discussion [1]. If you were in attendance,
please review and add any additional items I may have missed.
The conversation is by no means over - we have opened a GitHub Discussion
to share ideas on next steps to take [2]. Please submit your ideas for
improvement to the discussion by January 31, 2022.
Thank You.

Dear Shipwright Community:
Next week's community meeting will take a different format than previous
meetings. We are going to host a community retrospective to reflect on the
past year and think about what we would like to accomplish this year. The
meeting will take the form of a round-table discussion, with each
participant briefly providing their thoughts and reflections (3-4 minutes).
If you would like to join the conversation, please add a comment to the
linked GitHub issue [1] on any of the following topics:
- What did we do well last year?
- What could we improve this year?
- What changed this year? Should we focus on something different in light
of these changes?
Please provide your comments in the GitHub issue in advance of
the meeting. We look forward to hearing from you!
Sincerely,
The Shipwright Maintainers
