Shipwright Build release v0.3.0

Hello devs,
I´m aiming to ship a new v0.3.0 release next week. There is only one PR missing around the Build CRD Status enhancement, and a PR for the missing automation when shipping releases.
Besides that, I´m looking for someone that can work with me writing down an amazing release notes. Also, if anyone would like to consider another PR for this release, please let me know.
